Each person has different undertones. If your veins are blue, it means you look better in cool colors. You should look at the winter and summer pallet. If your veins are green, it means you look better in warm colors. You should look at the autumn and spring pallet.
If you are wearing the right color you will look fresh, young and have even skin. You would also look memorable. If you are wearing the wrong color you can look tired, sick and have uneven skin.
